Slice Pork To Stripes. Heat Oil In A Pan Preferably Iron Wok.
Fry Garlic And Pork In Hot Oil For Two Minutes In High Flame. Keep Stirring.
Add Chilly Powder, Sugar, Salt, Onion And Soy Sauce To The Stir Fried Pork.
Keep Stirring Until It's Cooked And Mixed Well.
Cook Until The Pork And Onions Are Cooked.
Serve Hot With Rice, Roti, Noodles Or Even As S Snack On Its Own.
